Sandeep Ohri has over 18 years of work experience at senior levels, covering varied industries like Computer Graphics, Digital Media, Mechanical design Automation, Plant Design, Geographical Information Systems, eBusiness Solutions, Information Technology, Office Automation, etc.

He has successfully setup the entire Broadcast Division in less than a month. He was responsible for setting the new Broadcast Division at Monarch. Systems, processes and many other organisational initiatives have been successfully implemented under his guidance. The Sales teams as well as the Channel Partners (National & International) have also been trained by him.

Donagh Sequeira is a well known figure in the Broadcast Video Industry in India with 24 years of Broadcast Experience in various capacities. He has handled most genre's of Television and has designed, developed, products, installed facilities and trained people in this industry.

Having started a career with Sony, he went on to found many start ups and has contributed significantly to the Broadcast Industry in India. His responsibilities are to give direction to the development of various path breaking products at Monarch. The job includes an understanding of market requirements, work flow issues, Standards and Specifications that need to be met in the Industry.
